We strive to provide you with outstanding cleaning service. In the event that you are not satisfied with a cleaning, we ask that you let management know of your concerns within 48 hours.

    If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will call or send you a letter or email to reschedule your cleaning one to two weeks prior to your cleaning day.
